1992 Porsche Reimagined by Singer

1992 Porsche Reimagined by Singer

Griot's Motors is thrilled to offer this incredible Singer 911 Reimagined, commission #284 nicknamed “Elroy” finished in iconic Tangerine Orange.

Built by Singer Vehicle Design, each car starts as a classic air-cooled Porsche 911 and is completely reworked with an obsessive level of detail. These aren’t restorations in the traditional sense, they’re full reimaginings, and the result is something that manages to feel both vintage and entirely modern at the same time.

“Elroy” is powered by a 4.0-liter air-cooled flat-six developed with Ed Pink Racing Engines, paired with a 6-speed manual transmission and all-wheel drive. It delivers serious performance while still holding onto that raw, analog character that makes these cars so special. This example was thoughtfully specified with Öhlins 2-way adjustable suspension set up for road use, Brembo carbon ceramic brakes, a titanium exhaust system, and Michelin Pilot Sport 4S tires.

The Tangerine Orange finish really sets the tone for the car. It’s a bold color that suits the shape well without feeling overdone, especially when paired with the more subtle details like ghosted side stripes with pistachio lettering, nickel-finished badging, RSR-style wheel centers, and pistachio-finished brake calipers. The full body has also been covered in paint protection film, helping preserve the finish.

Inside, the cabin reflects everything Singer is known for, clean design, high-quality materials, and a level of execution that’s hard to overstate. The black leather interior is paired with mixed weave inserts and alabaster stitching throughout, complemented by 4-way adjustable touring seats and bespoke gauges finished with pistachio markings and Porsche Tangerine accents. A leather-wrapped steering wheel with a center stripe ties it all together, while subtle modern touches like integrated Apple CarPlay make the car easy to enjoy in real-world driving.

Singer builds are on another level in terms of fit, finish, and overall attention to detail, and “Elroy” is no exception. For anyone who’s been searching for a well-spec’d example that stands out without going too far, this is a strong one.
